Automatic perfume filling and crimping line LA3 is the perfect solution for an intense production, being built with no.2 units situated on the two hands of a closed circuit made by the transport belt.
The set-up of the machine can be custom made on each client’s needs, so different stations can be mounted on the machine depending on the different packaging needs. A transport belt of various length options, takes the bottles into a star wheel, where bottle cleaning, filling, pre crimping, crimping and collar pressing operations are performed in the first unit. The second unit is designed to insert optional devices and additional stations, such as screw cap tightening station and cap pressing station.
From the OP panel on the side of the machine all the operations are controlled; the second unit can be excluded when not needed.
